My worth became tied to being needed, approved of, or perceived as capable.
At the same time, I became highly driven, disciplined, and deeply invested in achievement. I got straight A’s in college, learned how to succeed through over-performing, and often sought safety through responsibility, productivity, and being seen as capable. What I didn’t yet understand was how to tend to my own needs with the same consistency I offered others—a pattern that further disconnected me from myself and pulled me out of my body.

My deep empathy and desire to heal led me to become a medical provider—a role I’ve loved and deeply honored. Over time, however, that same devotion kept me in a familiar loop of prioritizing others while neglecting myself. I began working extra unpaid hours without pause, skipping meals and hydration during twelve-hour shifts without recognizing it as a problem. On my days off, I was exhausted—sleeping most of the day just to recover. Even though I was “successful” on paper, something felt deeply off.

In losing myself in others, I also lost my internal sense of validation.

01/04

I became highly functional on the outside while increasingly disconnected on the inside. As my responsibilities and relationships deepened, my nervous system dysregulation became louder. I oscillated between anxious and avoidant patterns, lived in a state of hypervigilance, and relied on control and over-functioning to feel safe in my environment. I outsourced my trust to others and slowly disconnected from my own inner authority, believing it was safer for other people to make decisions about my life. Four years ago, I moved to New York City, where I spent long stretches in solitude — sitting with my thoughts, going to therapy intermittently, and beginning to sense that the life I was living wasn’t fully mine.

My turning point came when I realized that self-sacrifice wasn’t strength — it was survival.

About a year ago, something shifted. It felt like an undeniable wake-up call — a knowing that I wanted more on a deeper level. I could see that my life had become a hamster wheel, and I felt stuck in my career, relationships, and living situation. I realized I couldn’t think my way out of patterns that lived in my nervous system and body. Over the past year, I’ve committed deeply to my own healing journey.

02/04

I began intentionally healing—reconnecting with my body and training my intuition, this time with boundaries, discernment, and grounding. As my intuitive and spiritual gifts expanded, what mattered most was reclaiming my voice, self-trust, inner authority, and a sense of safety within myself.

Living disconnected from my body without self-awareness is a frightening place to be—and it was the moment I knew I had to come home to myself.
My intuition had never been wrong — it had simply been uncontained. I was infiltrated by others’ emotions, physical sensations, and inner states. I confused intuition with responsibility, empathy with obligation, and care with self-erasure.

Through nervous system regulation, embodiment, self-love, self image healing, reclaiming authority over my body, voice, and power — alongside energetic boundaries, energy clearing, inner child work, and shadow integration — I began to rebuild safety within myself.

My life became unrecognizable in a short period of time.

03/04

As someone grounded, analytical, and deeply committed to doing things well, I was drawn to personal development work that was structured, practical, and rooted in real transformation. Over time, I became devoted to learning how the nervous system, subconscious patterns, and emotional regulation shape our lives — and how rebuilding safety within ourselves changes everything.

Through my own healing, I rebuilt self-trust, rewired long-held beliefs, and learned how to slow down without losing my edge. I began filling my own cup, setting boundaries, and making decisions from clarity instead of pressure. As I changed, my relationships deepened, my presence strengthened, and my life began to feel like it belonged to me again.

We live in a world that expects women to do everything — nurture, achieve, support, and hold it all together — often at the expense of our own bodies and needs. Today, my mission is to guide women back to themselves by reclaiming their inner femininity through reclamation of self-trust, our inner voice, intuition, authenticity, and embodied self-awareness. This includes honoring natural cycles and rhythms, learning how the body is meant to function and thrive rather than pushing through constant output. In a productivity-driven, hyper-masculine culture, this work is about restoring connection, safety, and truth within the body.
