This is where it begins. The Becoming Her Membership is the foundational learning and community space inside Higher Self Studios — designed for women who want to feel better, understand themselves more deeply, and build a grounded relationship with their Higher Self.
You don’t want to jump straight into “being her.”
You want to learn her language.
To understand how she thinks, feels, regulates, and chooses.
You want a foundation.
You know there’s more available to you.
You feel your Higher Self — but she still feels just out of reach.
You know there’s more available to you. You feel your Higher Self — but she still feels just out of reach.
We see you.
This season isn’t about auditioning for your next level.
It’s about interning — learning, observing, practicing, and building trust with yourself.
This is where you intern for your Higher Self.
How your Higher Self moves through emotion
How she balances feminine and masculine energy
How she responds instead of reacts
How she chooses self-love over self-sacrifice
How to build awareness around your inner world
Inside the Becoming Her Membership, you learn:
You get to experiment.
Ask questions.
Practice without pressure.
No perfection required.
Just presence, honesty, and curiosity.

What life begins to feel like
From that place, the way you move through your relationships, your work, and your life naturally evolves.
When one woman comes home to herself, her world reflects that — and the collective recalibrates.
It’s about deepening your relationship with yourself.
This work isn’t about becoming someone different.

This is integrated learning — designed to be lived, not rushed.

You move at your own pace.
There is no pressure to “keep up.”
Best friends, co-founders of Higher Self Studios, and women who have personally walked through deep healing, rebuilding, and becoming. One of the biggest turning points in our journeys was learning to understand life through the 8 Areas of Life and applying spirituality in a grounded, practical way rather than just “knowing” the concepts.
This work helped us regulate our emotions, heal patterns, make aligned decisions, build healthy relationships, and create lives rooted in clarity and self-trust. It gave us language. It gave us tools. It gave us direction.
We created Becoming Her because every woman deserves access to that same foundation — real knowledge, real emotional safety, and spiritual growth that you can actually live in everyday life.
Marissa and Megan learned how to protect their energy and build nervous system awareness, allowing them to move through everyday environments — grocery stores, social plans, busy workdays, and caregiving roles — without feeling overstimulated, emotionally depleted, or completely drained afterward.
When you learn how to work with your sensitivity instead of pushing through it, your energy comes back.
Megan used the foundational tools she teaches to move through trauma, loss, career transitions, and major life changes — holding both the human and soul experience with honesty, steadiness, and self-leadership.
When spirituality is integrated with reality instead of used to bypass it, resilience is built.
Marissa no longer spent her entire day off sleeping from exhaustion or carrying others’ energy. Through sleep protection and self-regulation concepts, her rest became restorative — and episodes of sleep paralysis resolved.
When you learn how to rest safely, your body stops collapsing.
Marissa began prioritizing rest, nurturing her body as a vessel, and giving from a full cup — interrupting patterns of overgiving and exhaustion while modeling self-love in real time.
When you learn boundaries at the nervous system and energetic level, self-sacrifice loosens its grip.
Megan stopped relying on overthinking or compartmentalization to function at a high level and learned how to regulate her inner world, allowing ambition, leadership, and sensitivity to coexist without burnout or collapse.
When emotional mastery and nervous system awareness are prioritized, pressure softens into clarity.
Through feminine embodiment practices and learning how to create safety within her body, Marissa learned how to let emotions move through her instead of suppressing or intellectualizing them. As her body felt safer to feel and express, her voice strengthened — supporting deep healing around visibility, authenticity, and being seen without fear.
When feminine embodiment and safety are prioritized, emotions are allowed to move — and your voice returns.
When you build a foundation with your Higher Self, life begins to feel safer, clearer, and more sustainable.
This work isn’t about forcing change or jumping ahead. It’s about learning how to be in relationship with yourself — so your sensitivity, intuition, and depth become supportive instead of overwhelming.
This is what began to shift for us inside the foundational work — and what becomes possible for you:
It’s about remembering who you are — with support. If something in you feels drawn here, it’s because you’re ready for a foundation that honors your depth and your pace.
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
None of this came from forcing growth or fixing what felt broken.
It came from slowing down, learning the language of our inner world, and creating safety within ourselves.
Absolutely. Many women pair this with embodiment or mentorship containers.
Can I do this alongside other offerings?
Yes. New modules and teachings will continue to be added as we expand.
Will the content grow over time?
The Membership focuses on learning and integration.
The Experiment focuses on daily embodiment and accountability.
How is this different from the One-Year Higher Self Experiment?
Yes. This space is designed for women at any stage — whether you’re just beginning or deep on the path.
Is this beginner-friendly?
No. This is a learning and community membership, not 1:1 coaching or mentorship.
Is this coaching or mentorship?
Living as your Higher Self — daily embodiment, accountability, and identity-level change.
Interning for your Higher Self — learning, understanding, grounding.
Lived reflection and integration.
You don’t jump levels. You grow into them.
